• Language-based Engineering Studies: Human and e-Interfaces, eLearning, Virtual Systems
• Language-based Inter-medial Studies: Classic and IT-based Medial Interactions and Policies
• Language-based Educational Studies: Language Policies, Language Processing, Language Learning
• Language-based Cultural and Translation Studies: Language in Form, Content and Style, Systems of Thought
• eXtended Studies: This unit is responsible for all of the new approaches which are not foreseen but could be integrated in the x-Studies.

ReCeLLT has two scientific research groups and various units, but focuses on foreign language interactions in industrial, commercial and academic contexts.
