In 2012, the Institute held a major conference on Socio-Cultural Disorder in Iranian Society, and actively co-sponsored the Socio-Cultural Conference on Iranian Society. Furthermore, various research projects have been conducted by the academic staff and the researchers of the Institute, including, 'Modeling the Citizens' Participation in the City Affairs of Tehran (by Prof. M. Musaee et al, 2010). The Institute is currently conducting two research projects, namely, 'The Health Economics of Iran' and 'Iranian Culture Economics'.
