University of Tehran and St. Petersburg University holds video conference talks

Prof. Sergey Andryushin: Vice-Rector for International Affairs, St. Petersburg University, Russian Federation and Prof. Mohammad Bagher Ghahramani, Vice President for International Affairs hold a video conference talks on 28 October , 2019 . In this event which was held in the presence of some of the other officials and faculty members of the two universities, the following issues were reviewed and agreed upon in principle:

• Promotion of  the already-establish programs for the exchange of students and professors
• Cooperation on introducing the well-known academicians of Iran and Russia  
• Offering joint on-line courses
• Translational and publication of the story books in Russian and Persian
• Granting honorary doctorate or professorship degrees to outstanding figures of each university
• Supporting the co-funded research programs
• Recording joint programs on the art and culture of two countries
• Using the rich sources of hermitage museum for education of art and history
