Third Exhibition on the Practical Achievements of Universities in Green Management

On 12-15 October 2019, University of Tehran actively participated in the 3rd Exhibition on the practical achievements of universities in Green Management, which took place at the venue of the Planning and Budget Organization in Tehran.

Given the high academic capacity and the use of the qualified professor in different sections of green management, UT has undertaken valuable actions in recent years.

Some of the activities already carried out include: Dissemination of information on the meaning of green management, Execution of the Qanat renovation project, correction of the lighting system of the central campus and most of the UT building, use of double-pane windows, renovation of the tunnel of installations and smart engines, and publication of leaflets on the green  management programs.

It is worth mentioning that green management covers various topics such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, water and waste management, the development of green space in accordance with the climate, environmental protection, using the capacities of knowledge-based societies and science and technology parks.

Hereby the efforts made by the UT General Office for Development and Logistics Support Projects and the staff of the UT Green Management Office is highly appreciated.
