UT President attends the 100th Anniversary of Yerevan State University, Republic of Armenia

Prof. Mahmoud Nili Ahmadabadi, President of University of Tehran accompanied by Prof. Mohammad Bagher Ghahramani, Vice President for International Affairs, and Prof. Ara Tomanian, Faculty Member of the Faculty of Geography attended the 100^th Anniversary of the Establishment of Yerevan State University, Republic of Armenia on 25-29 September, 2019.  

At the side line of this event, President Nili Ahmadabadi met with Prof. Gegham Gevorgyan, Acting Rector of YSU and Prof. Artur Israyelyan, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Public Relations and other officials.

The main topics of talks included : Exchange of idea on membership of YSU at AUAP, establishment of dual degree programs, summer schools, exchange of students and faculty members, joint researches, and establishment of a joint committee to follow up the cooperation between the two universities and mutual academic visit to each university.
