Faculty Member of University of Tehran was elected as a Fellow to TWAS

According to the official letter signed by Prof. Bai Chunli , President of The World Academy of Sciences for the Advancement of Science in Developing Countries, dated 26 January, 2018, Prof. Siamak Yassemi, Dean , School of Mathematics , Statistics and Computer Sciences , College of Sciences, University of Tehran has been elected as the Fellow of TWAS as of 1 January, 2018.

As the letter of Prof. Bai Chunli reads, “this is a clear recognition of the outstanding contribution of Prof. Yasami to science and its promotion in the developing world”.

University of Tehran also takes this opportunity to extend its heartiest congratulations to Prof. Yasami for his election into the TWAS membership
