A meeting between Turkish delegation (Institute of Yunes Emreh) and the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures (University of Tehran).
On Tuesday, 22nd October, 2013, a meeting was held at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and literatures between the representative from the Institute of Yunes Emreh (Turkey) and Dr.Faezullahi, additionally in charge of the language institution affiliated to the faculty, the Turkish instructor, and Dr.Beyad, Associate Dean for international affairs of the faculty. Issues discussed at the meeting included details and terms about the prospective contract between the faculty and the institute. Also establishment of the B.A and M.A degrees at the faculty were discussed. Since mutual cooperation can be the only means of carrying out the terms of the contract, the two sides discussed scholarship for students, student and academic exchange, and frequent seminars. It was ultimately decided that His Excellency the Turkish Ambassador would visit the faculty on 15th December, to speak for the students of the faculty about studies and universities in Turkey. Dr.Beyad additionally suggested that the two sides sign a 'sistership' contract which would automatically incorporate many items and be more practical and useful for both sides.
