Cooperation between UT and Venezuela

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Dr. Maryam Haghroosta, Director of the Spanish-Language Countries Research Center of the Faculty of World Studies, University of Tehran and the Higher Center for Development Studies and Emerging Economics of Caracas, at Venezuela.
