Launching two projects on collaboration between UT and Saint Petersburg University

On 26 May, 2021, a virtual ceremony was held between University of Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran and Saint Petersburg University, Russian Federation.

During this ceremony, which was held in the presence of Prof. Nili Ahmadabadi, President of University of Tehran and Prof. Nikolay Kropachev, Rector of Saint Petersburg University, both sides symbolically signed two significant documents including:

• IRANISTIKA, (Iranian Studies Encyclopedia), a project of collaboration between IRAS and Saint Petersburg

• Project " SPBU Representational Office at the University of Tehran and UT Representational Office at Saint-Petersburg State University

Other officials who were present in the event included: Prof. Sarrafzadeh, Vice President for International Affairs and Prof. Mehdi Sanaei, Advisor to UT President on International Relations, Cooperation with Russian Federation and Eurasian Countries and Head of The Institute for Iran-Eurasia Studies (IRAS)
