Appointment of UT President as the Head of Special Board on Developing the National Report of Floods

Professor Mahmoud Nili Ahmadabadi, President of University of Tehran was appointed by Dr. Rouhani, President of Islamic Republic of Iran as the head of special mission to develop a national report on floods in association with independent and expert academic scholars within six months.  

The extent of the recent floods and disaster-related damages demand an academic and multi-sector study of the incident and it is hoped the distaste to be managed much more efficiently as a result of close collaborator of academic community and administrative body.
