A Conference at UT on Allama Iqbal, the great thinker and poet

A Conference on the  birthday anniversary of Allameh Iqbal, the Pakistani thinker and poet was held at the venue of Persian Gulf hall, Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature, UT on 27 November, 2018.

Dr. Mostafavi, Dr. Valipour, Dr. Kavoosi, Dr. Baiat, Dr. Kiumersi and Dr. Rashed Abbas Naqavi presented their papers on the subject of “The Thought of Iqbal and the 21^st Century”. 

This Conference was held in the presence of Ms. Rafat Masoud, Ambassador of Pakistan , Dousani, Cultural Attache of the Embassy, Dr. Valipour, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature, Dr. Rezaiefar, Head of the Culture House of Lahore, Paksitan and a great number of faculty members of Department of Urdu Language and Literature and professors expert on Iqbal.

At the end of the event, Dr. Kiyumarsi, Head of the Department of Urdu Language and Literature described the issues of the department and Iran and Pakistan cultural relations.
