The first joint Ph.D. student of UT and University of Valencia, Spain was graduated

Ayda Khoramnejad, as the first joint student between UT and University of Valencia, Spain defended her Ph.D. dissertation at College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. UT.
This session was held in the presence of Prof. Goldenseal , the Dean, Prof. Bihamta , Dean of School Science and Engineering, and students from different schools.
Prof. Reza Talaei Hasanloui from UT and Prof. Baltasar Escriche of University of Valencia were the advisors and Prof. Yulanda Bel from University of Valencia and Prof. Vahid Hosseini Naveh from UT were the co-advisors to this dissertation.
Admiring the research works and method of presentation, the judgment committee evaluated this dissertation with an excellent grade and confirmed her graduation in the field of agriculture entomology with a major in biologic control at UT and biotechnology with the major of pests control from University of Valencia.
It is worth noting that the results of this valuable joint work has been the global introduction to a new gene (cry11a38) for the bacteria under study and publication of four academic research articles in international creditable journals and presenting some papers in international conferences.
