Tanzanian Students visit UT Faculty of World Studies

On 26 November, 2018, a group of Tanzanian students visited Faculty of World Studies and met with Prof. Arabahmadi, Advisor to the Dean of the Faculty of World Studies on International Affairs.

In this meeting, Prof. Arabahmadi presented a report about the activities of the faculty to the Tanzanian students. The Tanzanian students also stated that the image of Iran before their arrival was an unreal image produced by the media. The same idea was also stated by the Students of South Africa studies about the image of Africa before beginning their studies at the Faculty of World Studies and both sides, confirmed that the academic study is an opportunity to correct the views and knowledge about countries.

At the end of this meeting, Prof. Arabahamadi offered some of his published books about the South of Africa in particular Tanzania to the Tanzanian students.
