A delegation from the University of Tehran (College of Engineering) participated in IRAN WEEK 2017 event hosted by TU-Dresden.

The event, celebrated from July 10 to 14^th, was organized by the TUD aiming at expanding international collaboration between Germany and Iran. Intercultural Competence, Funding Opportunities, Scientific Panels, and ENERZI 2017 (a symposium on energy) formed different disciplines and program formats covered during the event. Potentialities of the UT (College of Engineering) were introduced through active participation of UT delegates in several workshops, panels and talks as well as match making contacts, mainly in energy-related areas. As a part of the program, UT (College of Engineering) team took part in scientific excursions and visits. Setting up new DFG projects and preparation of joint project proposals were among the event outcomes.
