Chancellor of Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) met with President of University of Tehran

Referring to the successful cooperation of University of Tehran (College of Engineering) on dual degree programs and exchange of students, Chancellor Paydar expressed his support for further extension of similar cooperaton programs. In this meeting, Prof. Nili Ahmadabadi, President of University of Tehran also explained about one of the components of strategic plans of University of Tehran which is Internationalization and evaluated the already-established ties in line with the mentioned objective. In this meeting both sides also exchanged ideas on accreditation mechanisms and expressed their support for the exchange of faculty members through sabbatical leave  and joint research projects.
