Ambassador of Pakistan meets with UT President

On 17 May, 2021 , MR. RAHIM HAYAT QURESHI, the Ambssador of Pakistan to Islamic Republic of  Iran paid a visit to University of Tehran and met with Prof. Mahmoud Nili Ahmadabadi, President, University of Tehran. 

During  the meeting which was held in the presence of Prof. Sarrafzadeh, Vice President for International Affairs, Prof. Mousavi Movadedi, Head of I.B.B, Prof. Bayat , faculty member of Department  of Urdu , Ms.  Gholami from MoFA , Prof. Zamani,  Deputy for Coordination at  Office ,  Eskandri, Director General for Internationl Relatoins and Ms. Ebrahimi, Head of Department for International Cooperation, both sides exchanged ideas on the following areas: 

- Dispatch of a Professor of Urdu language to UT to serve at the Department of Urdu, Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature 

- Signing MoU's with Pakistani prestigious universities 

- Exchange of students and faculty members 

- Organizing academic tours to Pakistan to introduce the capacities of UT for mutual collaboration and students recruitments  

- Organizing workshops  or festivals on introducing Persian manuscripts in Pakistan at UT

- Organizing a lecture by Pakistan Ambassador on international relations and Iran-Pakistan relations
