Scopus is the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature; scientific journals, books and conference proceedings.

About Journal
General Information
College of Engineering (Former Faculty of Engineering) of the University of Tehran has renewed its policy toward scientific publication. In this regard, the Civil Engineering transaction of the well built 45 years old Persian journal of "Nashrieh Daneshkadeh Fanni" is published in English, as a separate independent journal with the name of Civil Engineering Infrastructures Journal (CEIJ) since June 2013.
Civil Engineering Infrastructures Journal is a fully open access, double blind peer reviewed, electronic and print, semiannual publication concerned with appropriate aspects of Civil Engineering Infrastructures. CEIJ publishes original research papers, review papers, case reports, technical notes and short communications.
It is our pleasure to announce that Civil Engineering Infrastructure Journal has been awarded the highest rate in 2014 among above 100 journals published by the University of Tehran. This journal is indexed in Thomson Reuters Web of Science: Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) since March 2016.
It should be noted that Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran has granted the Science and Research (Elmi-Pajouheshi) credit to CEIJ according to the letter No. 3/252445 on 25 Feb. 2012
Journal Policy
Civil Engineering Infrastructures Journal is committed to real and immediate open access for academic work. All of the CEIJ’s articles and reviews are free to access immediately from the date of publication. The CEIJ has no charges either for the article processing or the article submission.
All the journal costs are provided by the University of Tehran and the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.
Papers submitted to CEIJ will be screened for plagiarism using iThenticate plagiarism detection tools. The CEIJ will immediately reject papers leading to plagiarism or self-plagiarism.

Civil Engineering Infrastructures publishes open access articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License which permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
