About the Institute

The Institute of Public Law Studies, affiliated to the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Tehran, was established in 2006. It is the first research institute on Public Law Studies in Islamic Republic of Iran. The Institute consists of a General Council, a director and four special research committees. The special Research Committees are as follows:

• Public Law and Constitutional Law
• Administrative Law, Financial Law and Labour Law
• International Law, Human Rights Law
